Revolutionizing automotive service, UVeye and myKaarma partnership brings detailed vehicle inspection data to customers' phones, enhancing transparency and customer satisfaction.

Automated vehicle inspection platform UVeye has teamed with service drive technology provider myKaarma to deliver detailed inspection data to customers' phones. Previously, customers would view the data with advisers on TV monitors or computer screens in the service drive.

The partnership, announced July 17, will bring together UVeye's artificial intelligence-powered inspection technology with myKaarma's service lane tools. It aims to improve customer satisfaction by providing a transparent look at a the vehicle.

UVeye's machines look for issues such as leaks, broken parts, rust patterns, uneven or worn tires, sidewall damage, and scratches and dents.
Customers will then receive the inspection report on their phone to review and share with others if they choose.

"While we expand our reach and install our systems at thousands of dealerships across the USA, our partnership with myKaarma is pivotal in our mission to revolutionize customer service and transparency at dealerships," Amir Hever, CEO of UVeye, said in a news release. "By combining our automated inspection systems with myKaarma's ultra user-friendly communication platforms, dealerships can provide detailed inspection reports directly to customers through apps, email, text, and phone calls."

Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma, said in the release that the partnership "underscores our commitment to innovation in the automotive service industry. Together, we're setting a new standard for how dealerships communicate with their customers, ensuring every vehicle is inspected thoroughly and every customer is informed."

#1 Cochran in Pennsylvania will be among the first dealership groups to receive the integration.

"Looking ahead, the integration of UVeye and myKaarma's technologies promises to revolutionize our service operations," David Bernardini, corporate strategy director for #1 Cochran, said in the release. "We anticipate providing our customers with instant, comprehensive inspection data on their phones, significantly boosting transparency and elevating the entire service experience."

The two companies will continue to work to further embed UVeye's inspection data into myKaarma's platform. MyKaarma's multipoint inspection product will be automated using UVeye's technology. Also, UVeye will integrate its leads into myKaarma's business development center product to give dealerships possible prospects.
