  • Sunbit Integration (Buy Now, Pay Later): This new integration with Sunbit simplifies the “Buy Now, Pay Later” experience for your customers by embedding the approval link directly into the interactive Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) process. Customers can now easily approve recommended services, making payments more accessible and flexible.

  • 3D Secure for Online Payments: Protect your dealership from fraud and chargeback losses with our 3D Secure online payment feature. This added layer of security ensures your dealership stands up to chargebacks, offering a more secure payment validation process.

  • Surcharge: Offset credit card processing fees with our new surcharge tool, now available in all states, including California and New York. This feature allows your dealership to reduce the financial burden of processing fees while remaining compliant with state laws.

  • Free Payment Swipers with mkProcessing: When you sign up for mkProcessing, your dealership receives free card swipers to streamline in-person payments. These swipers allow your advisors and cashiers to complete transactions quickly and efficiently, enhancing the customer experience.

2. Improved Communication Tools for Better Customer Engagement

Keeping in touch with your customers is key to a successful dealership, and myKaarma is rolling out new features to make communication even more effective:

  • Double Opt-In for TCPA Compliance: Reach out to potential customers in your area while ensuring full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Our new automatic double opt-in feature makes sure you’re legally covered while expanding your customer base.

  • New “Customer” View: We’ve streamlined the look of the Customer tab to align with the Messages tab, making it easier for your team to manage communications and keep everything in one place. This cleaner interface simplifies the scheduling and appointment process, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Permanent Transition to the “New Look”: If your dealership is still using the old interface, be prepared for a permanent transition to the “New Look.” This update is designed to help you navigate more efficiently and improve your overall experience with myKaarma’s platform.

3. ServiceCart Video MPI Enhancements for Increased Usability

Our ServiceCart Video MPI tool has received some significant upgrades based on your feedback:

  • New Route Sheet: The updated route sheet provides a cleaner, more intuitive interface that allows your team to easily access the information they need. Customizable views let individual users focus on the details that matter most to them.

  • Video Integration on Android: We’ve added the ability for technicians to capture and share videos directly from Android devices, expanding the functionality of ServiceCart MPI to accommodate a wider range of users.

4. Exciting New Partnerships to Improve Service Efficiency

In addition to our internal updates, myKaarma has partnered with two cutting-edge companies to enhance your dealership’s service capabilities:

  • Logitrac Integration: Manage your fleet and loaner vehicles more efficiently with the new Logitrac integration. Logitrac’s fleet management tools are now accessible through myKaarma’s platform, helping you streamline loaner car operations and improve the customer experience.

  • UVeye Integration: UVeye’s automated vehicle inspection systems are now integrated with myKaarma’s communication platform. With AI-powered inspections, your dealership can text detailed, transparent reports directly to customers, improving service transparency and trust.
