Revolutionizing Vehicle Inspections with myKaarma and UVeye: A Partnership Built on Synergy

Revolutionizing vehicle inspections with myKaarma and UVeye to enhance dealership efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction through advanced automated solutions.

A good partnership is all about synergy.

At the recent NADA conference in New Orleans, myKaarma’s Co-Founder and CEO, Ujj Nath, spoke with Yaron Saghiv, Chief Marketing Officer at UVeye, about how the two companies work together to streamline communication, improve transparency, and ultimately benefit dealerships and customers alike.

The Missing Link: myKaarma and UVeye

Saghiv describes myKaarma as the "missing link" for UVeye,  which develops automated inspection machines that provide comprehensive vehicle health reports. These machines generate a multipoint visual inspection (MPVI), a detailed checklist that can include up to 125 points, covering everything from tire condition to exterior damage. myKaarma integrates with UVeye to enhance communication with customers by automatically sending emails and texts with inspection results. This instant communication includes visuals and 3D models, offering improved transparency about the vehicle's condition.

Transparency and Efficiency

The integration of UVeye and myKaarma allows dealerships to communicate vehicle inspection results with unprecedented speed and clarity. Saghiv illustrated this with an example: a customer drives through the inspection system and, within seconds, receives a text message from the CRM, welcoming them and providing a link to the inspection results. This report might highlight that everything is in good condition or point out specific issues like bald tires, rim damage, or potential safety concerns. This level of transparency helps build trust with customers and facilitates informed decision-making.

ServiceCart™ and the Future of Inspections

Nath explained that myKaarma’s MPVI integration, ServiceCart™ highlights the efficiency gained by dealerships using their joint solutions. He mentioned the extraordinary results at Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover in Indianapolis, where he witnessed the highly efficient UVeye system in action, and noted that a Porsche store reported saving $6,000-$7,000 per month using UVeye.

Transforming the Dealership Experience

“We like to say that dealerships that have UVeye almost turn into an Apple Store,” says Saghiv. The partnership with myKaarma is crucial in achieving this vision. By integrating with most DMS systems and automating communication, myKaarma helps UVeye deliver a comprehensive solution that benefits both dealerships and their customers. The result is a faster, more transparent, and more efficient service process that enhances customer satisfaction and drives dealership revenue.
